And the Survey Says...

Thanks to everybody who took the time to complete our online survey over the past two weeks. We ended up collecting 151 responses from Bluffton and Beaufort County residents!

Your neighbors sent a clear message: Responsible neighbors pick up after their pets. If you're not one of those responsible individuals, then be aware that your neighbors probably know who you are!

Here are a few highlights from the survey results:

• 77% agree that "Responsible neighbors pick up after their pet in public areas"
• 71% agree that "Responsible neighbors pick up after their pet on private property."
• 57% agree that "I am aware of which neighbors leave pet waste in public areas"
• 62% agree that "I am aware of which neighbors leave pet waste in their yards

On August 8, we'll officially launch the Neighbors for Clean Water initiative to motivate those last few holdouts to join their neighbors and do their part for clean water: Scooping their pets' poop!
