We have heard from Waste Management and our official
weight of debris collected at Saturday’s May River Cleanup was 2 tons!
Congratulations to all of you for your efforts to beautify and protect our
precious May River and surrounding greater Bluffton area. While we’ve steadily
collected about 2 tons of debris over the past 3 years, this is still a huge
improvement from the 20-30 tons collected in 2000 during the first year of the
Cleanup!
