Floating Wetlands

The Town of Bluffton constructed two small floating wetlands with MC Riley during the May River Cleanup last April. With leftover project materials, the Town of Bluffton has constructed a small floating wetland for the forebay of the New Riverside stormwater pond. The native plants used in this project will help improve water quality in the area by removing nutrients from the pond. ‪#‎NeighborsforCleanWater‬ ‪#‎FloatingWetlands‬
